Return & Exchange Policy

At PET Buddies World, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality pet products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges in accordance with our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or order confirmation.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Perishable goods (like pet food)
    • Personalized items
    • Items marked as final sale

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact Us: Email petbuddiesworld@gmail.com or call 095408 54123 within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include Details: Share your order number, item(s) to return/exchange, and reason.
  • Get Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  • Send the Item: Ship the item to our provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
  • A restocking fee may apply and will be communicated during the return process.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • We may require return of the original item before sending the replacement.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send us clear photos of the damage.
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund based on your preference.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may return the product under this policy.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

8. International Orders

Currently, we only accept returns for orders within India. For international return inquiries, please contact us at petbuddiesworld@gmail.com.
