Delivery / Shipping Policy

At PET Buddies World, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. Below is our Delivery Policy, which outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and other important details.

1. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver across India, including metro cities, towns, and most tier-2 and tier-3 locations. If your location is not serviceable, our team will notify you immediately after order placement.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, festivals, logistics delays, or high order volumes.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Delivery: on orders above ₹999
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49–₹99 for orders below ₹999 (may vary based on your location or weight of the product)

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email/WhatsApp. You can track your shipment using the courier’s website or through the tracking link provided.

6. Delays or Failed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occur due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Unreachable contact number
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
Force majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, etc.)

In case of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will make 2 more attempts. If the order still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and you may need to pay additional charges for re-shipment.

7. In-Store Pickup Available

Prefer to pick up your order yourself? Choose "In-Store Pickup" at checkout.

Pickup Time: Available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (except Tuesdays)

Notification: You’ll receive a call, SMS, or email once your order is ready for pickup (usually within 24 hours of order confirmation).

Please carry a valid ID and your order confirmation when picking up.

8. Damaged Packages

Do not accept the delivery if your package appears tampered with or damaged.
Take clear photos or a video as proof.

We will investigate and ensure that a replacement is sent to you, if applicable.
